Understand clients' products, services, plans, competitors, and target markets2. Oversee day-to-day management of social media platforms and ensure brand consistency3. Content creation and implementation of social media strategies monthly to align with businessgoals.Update social media content across all channels4. Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology5. Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensurea positivecustomer service experience6. Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social mediaplatforms such asTwitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn7. Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools and creating social reports8. Develop content and keep an eye on social media trends9. Work across different teams to ensure efficient execution of the client's brief10. Meet clients to understand their marketing objectives/needs and conceptualize solutionsSkills required:We are looking to input skills into people who come with formal knowledge, aptitude for marketingand attitude towin. The following skills may not all be required, but can help in the above requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field2. Logical or analytical skills3. Ability to take a leap of faith with fresh ideas4. Time management skills5. Solution oriented and result-driven attitude6. Meticulous with an eye for detail7. Proficiency in Microsoft office and tools within, especially PowerPoint and Excel8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills90.
