Key Responsibilities: Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively, ensuring a harmonious work environment within the manufacturing plant. o Provide counsel and support to managers and employees on HR policies and labor laws specific to the manufacturing environment. o Address and investigate employee grievances and complaints in a timely manner, with a focus on plant-related issues. o Promote effective communication and collaboration between employees and management on the manufacturing floor. o Manage time and attendance systems, ensuring accurate payroll processing and resolving discrepancies unique to a manufacturing setting. o Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives specific to the plant environment, such as recognition programs and team-building activities. o Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and surveys to identify areas for improvement in engagement. o Facilitate open communication channels between management and employees to address concerns and foster a positive work environment.
