This junior role focuses on customer experience, administrative support, audit readiness, and basic facility management. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Customer Experience • Greet walk-in customers and ensure a professional first impression • Register customer visits and manage appointments • Coordinate with designers and sales teams • Maintain showroom ambience and customer comfort Administrative Support • Maintain visitor logs, attendance, and internal records • Handle basic documentation, filing, and data entry • Support expense tracking and internal reporting Audit & Compliance • Maintain registers and checklists as per SOPs • Support internal audits with required documentation Facility & Vendor Coordination • Coordinate housekeeping, security, and maintenance vendors • Raise service requests and monitor closures • Manage pantry, stationery, and showroom supplies Requirements • Graduate or diploma in any discipline • 2-5 year experience in admin, front desk, or showroom roles • Good communication and basic computer skills • Organized, dependable, and customer-focused
