This is a strategic role focused on security, scalability, enterprise readiness, and performance optimization as we expand our enterprise client base.You will collaborate closely with the Productization team to ensure our proprietary AI platform remains secure, scalable, reliable, and enterprise-ready.Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity & ComplianceImplement secrets management, access controls, and least-privilege frameworksBuild audit trails and logging infrastructureConduct security assessments and vulnerability scansConfigure firewall rules, network segmentation, and IP allowlistingDocument security controls to support enterprise procurement processesScaling & Performance OptimizationIdentify infrastructure bottlenecks and recommend improvementsDesign solutions for variable loads and peak trafficOptimize compute, storage, and database usageBuild cost visibility dashboards and forecasting modelsImplement caching and performance tuning for AI model servingMonitoring & ReliabilityStrengthen monitoring and alerting systemsSupport incident response and post-incident reviewsImplement reliable backup and recovery strategiesMaintain high uptime for production AI servicesEnterprise ReadinessPrepare infrastructure for enterprise requirements (SSO, centralized logging)Support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness initiativesImprove CI/CD pipeline security and automationRequired Experience & Skills4–8 years in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure EngineeringStrong cloud expertise in Azure (AWS experience preferred)Hands-on with secrets management (Azure Key Vault), IAM, network security, and encryptionExperience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New RelicInfrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, or PulumiProduction experience with Docker and KubernetesScripting skills in Python, Bash, or GoUnderstanding of security frameworks and compliance standardsWhat You’ll Work WithProprietary AI platform powering intelligent marketing solutionsMulti-cloud environment optimized for AI workloadsModern DevOps stack including Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub ActionsAI engineering team building enterprise-grade technologyGlobal enterprise clients
