This role is ideal for someone who understands IVR architectures, call flow validation, and voice/digital channel testing in contact center environments.ResponsibilitiesTest cloud-based IVR systems and omni-channel platformsValidate Five9 IVR architecture, call flows, routing logic, and voice workflowsPerform end-to-end testing across voice and non-voice channels (chat, email, digital)Test web services, APIs, and backend integrationsDesign and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test casesExecute manual and automated test casesLog, track, and manage defects using JiraPrepare defect reports and participate in daily Scrum meetingsCollaborate with Development and DevOps teamsSupport CI/CD pipeline validationContribute to automation framework enhancements using Selenium or RazorSkills Required:4–7 years of QA experience in IVR / Contact Center platformsStrong hands-on experience with Five9 IVRSolid understanding of IVR architecture, call routing, SIP, and voice technologiesExperience testing omni-channel solutions (chat, email, digital engagement)Experience with API and web services testingHands-on experience with Agile/ScrumProficiency in Jira for test and defect managementExperience with Selenium or Razor IVR automation toolsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesWorking knowledge of GitLab and JenkinsAbility to work with US time zone overlap
