We are looking for designers who think AI-first, not just AI-aware.ROLE OVERVIEWAs an AI-Native UI/UX Designer, you will own the design lifecycle for AI-powered products and agent-based interfaces. This is not a traditional UI/UX role. You will design experiences where the user interacts with AI agents, conversational interfaces, dynamic content generators, and data-rich dashboards. You must understand how AI models behave, how to design for probabilistic outputs, and how to create trust through interface design.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead end-to-end UI/UX design for AI-powered web applications, SaaS platforms, and agent-based products serving B2B clients.Design conversational and agentic interfaces that accommodate non-deterministic AI outputs, loading states, error handling, and progressive disclosure.Create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma with interactive components, auto-layout, and design tokens for scalable design systems.Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers and product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.Develop and maintain design systems with reusable component libraries tailored for AI product patterns (chat UIs, data visualisations, prompt flows, approval workflows).Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations specific to AI product experiences.Design responsive layouts optimised for web and mobile platforms, ensuring accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) compliance.Create user journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, and interaction specifications for AI-driven workflows.Stay current with AI/UX design trends, including prompt UX, human-in-the-loop patterns, explainable AI (XAI) interfaces, and AI safety/trust indicators.REQUIREMENTS2–5 years of professional UI/UX design experience with at least 1 year designing AI-native or AI-augmented products.Experience with AI prototyping tools (Google AI Studio, Galileo AI, Uizard, or similar).Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, Dev Mode).Strong portfolio demonstrating design work on AI/ML products, SaaS dashboards, or conversational interfaces.Deep understanding of AI interaction patterns: chat UIs, agent-based flows, dynamic content rendering, and confidence/uncertainty indicators.Experience with design systems, architecture, and atomic design methodology.Solid grasp of responsive design, accessibility standards, and front-end feasibility (HTML/CSS awareness).Excellent visual design skills — typography, colour theory, layout, and micro-interactions.Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.NICE TO HAVEFamiliarity with front-end frameworks (React, Next.js) for effective developer handoff.Exposure to LLM-powered products, RAG-based applications, or multi-agent systems.Motion design or Lottie animation skills for enhanced interaction design.Post Applying, send your PORTFOLIO over LinkedIn to Aditya Mandothia, Founder's Associate @AllysAI.
