We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Secretarial Service Coordinator to manage UK entity compliance, support client governance requirements, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.Role OverviewAs a Global Subsidiary Compliance Specialist, you will manage end-to-end UK corporate compliance for GSM client entities. This includes statutory filings, board and governance support, entity management, and direct client interaction. The role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Some of the Things You Will Be DoingServe as the primary point of contact for GSM UK entities and manage a UK client portfolioHandle day-to-day UK compliance activities for client entitiesDraft board resolutions, board minutes, and statutory documentationAssist in conducting and coordinating Board Meetings for client entitiesFile statutory forms with Companies House and ensure timely completion of filingsManage incorporation of UK entities and related documentationPerform Person of Significant Control (PSC) assessments and complete required filingsCoordinate with internal stakeholders to meet annual and ad-hoc compliance deadlinesManage UK ad-hoc corporate transactions and special projectsOversee accuracy and maintenance of client data in Company Records and Entity Management systemsRespond to internal and external stakeholder requests in a timely and professional mannerAssist clients with urgent or complex governance and compliance queriesFacilitate internal and client calls for urgent assistance and project discussionsEnsure adherence to internal SOPs, quality standards, and timelinesWhat Technical Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Do You Need?ICSA qualifiedExposure working for UK jurisdiction is a mustMinimum 6+ years of experience handling UK entity complianceStrong understanding of UK Companies Act requirements and corporate governance practicesProven experience managing multiple entities and client portfoliosExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholdersStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsAbility to prioritize and manage conflicting deadlines effectivelyHigh level of organizational and documentation skillsProject management capability in a fast-paced, agile environmentStrong customer service mindset and collaborative approachAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionKey Competencies and BehaviorsReviews own work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with proceduresIdentifies inconsistencies or discrepancies and addresses quality issues proactivelyVerifies assumptions and confirms details through due diligence before decision-makingReviews all relevant information before taking actionIdentifies relevant and irrelevant information when handling complex tasks under tight deadlinesLeverages multiple information sources to ensure completeness and accuracyDemonstrates accountability and ownership of deliverablesThrives in a deadline-driven, team-oriented environment
