DGM – Strategy & Online Marketing will be responsible for online marketing,insights and strategy for Xstream Play business.This role will work in close partnership with cross-functional teams andcircle teams to ensure that category strategy is translated into strong ongroundexecution and superior customer outcomes. The incumbent will actas o/line marketing owner for the category with long twerm vision and shorttermperformance delivery.The role will work directly with the business head to shape the strategy forthe category. This will involve defining the market opportunity, gatheringcustomer and market insights, and unlocking any new levers for thebusiness.Key Responsibilities:-• Online Marketingo Define the online marketing goals for the yearo Plan the online marketing calendar for the yearo Work with the circle marketing teams for on ground execution of theplanned initiativeso Track performance of the marketing initiatives on key metrics• Customer and Marketing Insightso Publish a quarterly update on the key trends in the industryo Design the customer insights and research mandate for the yearo Work with the central customer insights and market research team todrive the research mandate for the year• Strategyo Work with the analytics team to define the overall marketopportunity for the business across di/erent planso Based on the market and customer insights, work with the businesshead to develop the business strategy for the year and a 3-yearvisionPreferred Skills• 5-7 years of strategy and marketing experience in Digital, Telecom orFMCG industry• 1-2 years of sales experience in Telecom or FMCG industry• Preferred MBA degree
