OpportunityAcuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Lending Services team based in Gurgaon/ Bangalore.Notice Period: Immediate joiners! Interested candidates can directly mail the resume to Responsibilities: -LC and SCF - Compliance Screening -.KYC Due Diligence & Risk Assessment: Conduct initial and periodic KYC checks, trigger reviews, and assess customer and transaction risk in line with regulatory requirements. Sanctions & Watchlist Screening: Perform party‑level screening across sanctions, PEP, and adverse media lists; analyze alerts, eliminate false positives, document findings, and prepare cases for onshore compliance review. Document Verification & Red Flag Identification: Review and validate trade documents (invoices, BLs, packing lists, LC documents), perform data matching, detect anomalies or inconsistencies, and escalate potential compliance issues. Goods & Trade Screening: Review goods descriptions, HS codes, shipment routes, and check for restricted, controlled, or dual‑use items; document deviations and red flags for further review. Operational Controls & Quality Checks: Ensure maker‑level review accuracy, maintain audit trails, monitor queues against SLAs, perform quality sampling, and support root‑cause analysis for repeat issues. Governance, Reporting & Documentation: Prepare MIS reports on screening volumes and trends, track false positives, maintain SOPs and workflows, develop quality dashboards, and support governance reporting with structured data.Required Background :-Excellent written & verbal communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders.Strong understanding of Syndicated Loan Operations, Letter of Credit and Supply chain management, MS Excel, Loan IQ.Bachelors/master’s in commerce, Finance or MBA or equivalent degree. Ability to multi-task independently under tight timelines and eye for details.5+ years of relevant experience in the field of Lending Operations.
