Someone who doesn't freeze when handed a new tool — they just open it up and start poking around.If you've ever written something that made someone stop and actually read it, obsessed over why one subject line outperformed another, or built a spreadsheet that made a teammate say /"wait, how did you do that?/" — you'll fit in here.The technical side of this role is learnable. The curiosity and communication ability? That has to come with you.What You'll Actually DoYou'll own the end-to-end execution of outbound campaigns from researching target audiences to writing the copy that reaches them, to analyzing what's working and iterating fast. Specifically:Plan and run multi-channel outbound campaigns for clients across regulated, high-stakes industriesWrite sharp, empathy-first copy that earns responses (not just opens)Build and manage lead lists and enrichment workflows in tools like Clay, and run sequences in Instantly or SmartleadCoordinate across internal teams and client stakeholders to keep campaigns on trackSpot patterns in campaign data and translate them into clear next stepsWhat We Care About MostCommunication — You write and speak with clarity and intention.
