You will be the face of the brand for all walk-in customers—responsible for introducing them to our mission, explaining the story behind our work, and showcasing the curated selection of handmade arts and crafts on display. This role includes engaging with visitors, answering queries about the artworks, artists, and techniques, and providing a thoughtful and informed customer experience.You will also coordinate closely with our internal team to manage inventory, fulfill orders, track customer requests, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
