Our state-of-the-art facilities include well-equipped classrooms, laboratories, a comprehensive library, and ample space for extracurricular activities.Deccan PU College is hiring an experienced and dedicated Kannada Faculty with 3–5 years of teaching experience to deliver effective classroom instruction, improve student language skills, and support academic excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesTeach Kannada for PU students as per the prescribed syllabus and academic planPlan and deliver interactive lessons to improve reading, writing, grammar, and comprehensionPrepare students for exams, internal assessments, and board-level evaluationsConduct tests, assignments, and revision sessions regularlyEncourage student participation through activities like debates, speech, essay writing, and language exercisesMaintain attendance, academic records, and student progress reportsProvide guidance and mentoring to students for academic improvementParticipate in departmental meetings, academic planning, and college eventsMaintain discipline and create a positive learning environmentRequired QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Kannada (MA Kannada preferred)B.Ed is an added advantage3–5 years of teaching experience at PU/College levelStrong communication and classroom management skillsAbility to motivate students and improve resultsPreferred CandidateLocal candidates will be given preferenceImmediate joiners are an added advantageCompensationSalary: As per experience and qualification / Best in the industry
