Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a hands-on and performance-driven Cluster Manager to manage operations across 200+ EV stations within the assigned cluster. The role demands strong leadership, operational planning, vendor governance, and analytical skills to ensure uptime, cost efficiency, asset accountability, and service excellence.Key Responsibilities:Network Uptime & SLA Management: Ensure QIS and Broadband uptime as per definedtargets across all sites within the cluster.•Drive continuous improvement in SLA compliance and proactively resolve network performance issues.•Preventive Maintenance & Site Health: Ensure monthly site visits and timely execution of preventive maintenance (PM) by vendors.•Monitor and track repair, replacement, and refurbishment activities to avoid operational disruptions.•Publish a monthly Health Tracker for all deployed assets in the cluster.•Vendor Management & Governance: Conduct monthly governance meetings with OME and SME vendors to review performance and compliance.•Track SME complaints, ensuring proper closure with actionable analysis on registered vs. resolved tickets.•Team & Activity Planning: Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly activity plans for all O&M engineers within the cluster.•Ensure clear allocation of responsibilities and performance tracking.•Opex & Asset Management: Ensure accurate OPEX provisioning and timely submission of data for budgeting and forecasting.•Track and validate all equipment through a monthly site-wise asset accountability tracker.•Utility Bill & Power Management: Ensure 100% timely collection and processing of EB (Electricity Board) and Broadband bills.•Prevent disconnections through close coordination and proactive follow-up.•Monitor DG (Diesel Generator) deployment and ensure proper maintenance, tracing, and validation.Qualifications & Skills:•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.•4–6 years of experience in EV operations, field management, or O&M coordination.•Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on operational excellence.•Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting.•Excellent coordination, vendor management, and communication skills.•Ability to manage field teams and travel as required across the cluster.
