About the Role Leap is building a peer-to-peer mentorship platform where students studying abroad mentor aspiring students from India.We are looking for someone who understands both:i) The study abroad journey (ideally someone who has lived it)ii) And how to sell a platform (SaaS-style consultative selling)This role is about building the supply side of our P2P marketplace.What You’ll Doi) Identify and source alumni & current students studying abroadii) Pitch and onboard them as mentors on Leap’s P2P platformiii) Sell the value proposition of building their personal brand + earning via mentorshipiv) Close high-quality mentors across the UK, Ireland, US, Canada, etc.v) Work closely with marketing & product to improve onboarding funnelvi) Track activation, session completion, and retention of mentorsvii)Experiment with acquisition channels (LinkedIn, communities, referrals, university networks)Do whatever else it takes to win.
