Our state-of-the-art facilities include well-equipped classrooms, laboratories, a comprehensive library, and ample space for extracurricular activities.Deccan PU College is hiring an experienced and motivated Economics & Business Studies Faculty with 3–5 years of teaching experience to deliver effective classroom instruction, strengthen students’ conceptual understanding, and support academic excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesTeach Economics and Business Studies for PU students as per the prescribed syllabus and academic calendarDeliver concept-based teaching with practical examples and case studiesTrain students in topics such as:Micro & Macro Economics (as per syllabus)Demand & Supply, National Income, Money & Banking, Public FinanceBusiness Management Principles, Marketing, Finance, HR, EntrepreneurshipConduct regular tests, assignments, and revision sessionsPrepare students for internal assessments and board examinationsMaintain student attendance, academic records, and performance reportsProvide mentoring and academic support to students when requiredParticipate in department meetings, academic planning, and college eventsMaintain discipline and create a positive learning environmentRequired QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Economics / Commerce / Business Administration(MA Economics / / MBA preferred)B.Ed is an added advantage3–5 years of teaching experience at PU/College levelStrong communication and classroom management skillsAbility to engage students and improve academic resultsPreferred CandidateLocal candidates will be given preferenceImmediate joiners are an added advantageCompensationSalary: As per experience and qualification / Best in the industry
