As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional engineering teams, driving clarity by defining and prioritizing program objectives, success factors, and deliverables. Your leadership will ensure seamless execution of technical projects that enhance our innovative consumer kitchen products.PS: for candidates for 3-5 years of experience.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to define requirements and execution plans.Drive product planning and execution of the roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.Lead cross-functional project execution, including concept discussions, program development, pilot trials, and product launch.Align product direction with business goals by working closely with product definition teams.Engage with customers to collect feedback and drive customer-centric solutions.Develop execution plans based on scope, timelines, and available resources.Ensure alignment between mechanical, software, and hardware engineering teams to meet program objectives.Coordinate day-to-day execution with internal and external technical teams.Manage relationships with vendors and partners as required.Apply project management best practices and continuously improve processes.Identify and resolve risks, roadblocks, and scope changes throughout the lifecycle.Communicate project status to stakeholders and ensure high-quality deliverables.Track project outcomes, customer satisfaction, and performance metrics to measure success.Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field).4–6 years of experience in program/project management within product development.Experience in designing and developing consumer products, electromechanical systems, or IoT-enabled devices.Strong understanding of software and hardware integration in product development.Demonstrated ability to work with technical and business teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and within budget.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern project management tools.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering innovative solutions.Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.Experience in robotics, aerospace, or electromechanical consumer/medical products.Understanding of embedded systems and IoT platforms.Familiarity with Lean/Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.Exposure to manufacturing processes, design-to-cost methodologies, and quality assurance in production environments.Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and change.Why Join Us?At Zimplistic, we are redefining the future of kitchen automation, and you will be at the forefront of this revolution.
