The platform leverages specialised AI agents and domain-trained language models to transform Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) through scalable, compliant, and outcome-driven automation for large enterprises.Role SummaryAs an Enterprise AI Delivery Manager – RCM, you will combine deep domain expertise across end-to-end revenue cycle workflows with strong integration, compliance, and automation capabilities. You will lead complex, multi-million-dollar deployments of agentic AI platforms across large healthcare enterprises, ensuring delivery excellence, regulatory compliance, and measurable business impact.You will work closely with provider leadership, payer stakeholders, and internal product and engineering teams to drive digital transformation through AI-powered speech intelligence and specialised SLM-driven automation.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery of enterprise RCM automation programs using AI platformsLead large-scale deployments across eligibility, prior authorization, claims, AR follow-ups, denials, and payment posting workflowsManage complex integrations with EHR/PM systems, payer portals, clearinghouses, telephony platforms, and enterprise data systemsEnsure compliance with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, payer rules, and enterprise security standardsDrive program governance, SLA management, risk mitigation, and executive stakeholder communicationMeasure and report business outcomes including automation ROI, AR improvement, denial reduction, and cost-to-collect optimizationPartner with product and engineering teams to translate operational requirements into scalable AI solutionsRequired QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related disciplineMBA or advanced healthcare / technology certifications preferredExperience & Skills8+ years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management with ownership of end-to-end RCM deliveryProven experience leading large, multi-million-dollar enterprise healthcare or insurance programsHands-on experience delivering RCM transformation initiatives using AI, automation, analytics, or digital platformsDeep understanding of front-, mid-, and back-end RCM workflowsStrong knowledge of payer behaviors, clearinghouse processes, and reimbursement rulesExperience working with EHR / PM systems (Epic, Cerner, Athena, NextGen, etc.)Working knowledge of healthcare integration standards (X12 EDI, HL7, FHIR)Experience operating in HIPAA-compliant, PHI-sensitive enterprise environmentsStrong client-facing leadership skills with the ability to engage senior executivesExcellent communication skills with a strong bias toward execution and outcomesWhy JoinWork at the forefront of applied AI in healthcareLead transformation programs with real operational and financial impactCollaborate with deep domain experts, AI architects, and product innovatorsBuild scalable, next-generation AI delivery models for global enterprises
