Our state-of-the-art facilities include well-equipped classrooms, laboratories, a comprehensive library, and ample space for extracurricular activities.Deccan PU College is looking for an experienced and dedicated Accountancy Faculty with 3–5 years of teaching experience to deliver strong conceptual teaching, improve students’ problem-solving skills, and support excellent academic results.Key ResponsibilitiesTeach Accountancy for PU students as per the prescribed syllabus and academic calendarExplain concepts clearly and train students in problem-solving and numerical accuracyCover key topics such as:Journal, Ledger, Trial BalanceFinal Accounts, Rectification of ErrorsBank Reconciliation Statement (BRS)Depreciation, Bills of ExchangePartnership Accounts, Company Accounts (as per syllabus)Conduct regular tests, assignments, and revision sessionsPrepare students for internal assessments and board examinationsEvaluate answer scripts and provide constructive feedbackMaintain attendance, academic records, and student performance reportsMentor students for academic improvement and exam readinessParticipate in department meetings, academic planning, and college activitiesMaintain discipline and ensure a positive classroom environmentRequired Qualifications / / MBA (Finance) (preferred)B.Ed is an added advantage3–5 years of teaching experience at PU/College levelStrong subject knowledge, communication, and classroom management skillsAbility to motivate students and improve academic performancePreferred CandidateLocal candidates will be given preferenceImmediate joiners are an added advantageCompensationSalary: As per experience and qualification / Best in the industry
