Our state-of-the-art facilities include well-equipped classrooms, laboratories, a comprehensive library, and ample space for extracurricular activities.Deccan PU College is looking for a skilled and dedicated Hindi Faculty with 3–5 years of teaching experience to deliver quality instruction, strengthen students’ language skills, and support academic excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesTeach Hindi for PU students as per the prescribed syllabus and academic schedulePlan and deliver engaging lessons to improve reading, writing, grammar, and comprehensionPrepare students for exams, internal assessments, and board-level evaluationsConduct regular tests, assignments, and revision sessionsEncourage student participation through speech, essay writing, debates, and language activitiesMaintain student attendance, academic records, and performance reportsProvide academic mentoring and support to students when requiredParticipate in departmental meetings, academic planning, and college eventsMaintain discipline and create a positive classroom environmentRequired QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Hindi (MA Hindi preferred)B.Ed is an added advantage3–5 years of relevant teaching experience at PU/College levelStrong communication and classroom management skillsAbility to motivate students and improve academic resultsPreferred CandidateLocal candidates will be given preferenceImmediate joiners are an added advantageCompensationSalary: As per experience and qualification / Best in the industry
