You will act as a trusted advisor to Life Sciences clients, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements such as GxP and SOX.Key ResponsibilitiesGRC Implementation & Support: Lead or participate in the implementation and configuration of SAP GRC Access Control (AC) modules (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM).Security Design: Design and build role-based access control (RBAC) and security authorization structures in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and SAP BTP.Compliance Management: Ensure system security compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, GxP).Risk Mitigation: Perform Risk Analysis and Remediation (RAR) and manage the Risk Management Framework.Audit & Review: Provide insights, reviews, and recommendations for security-related changes and support root cause analysis of security issues.Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to translate business needs into technical security solutions.HCLTech +4Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 7+ years of progressive experience in SAP Security and GRC implementations.Functional/Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP Security Audit Framework (SAF) and Access Control (AC).Technology Proficiency: Experience with S/4HANA, SAP Security, and SAP BTP Security.Domain Knowledge: Experience in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals industry is highly valued.Communication: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.AmbitionBox +4Preferred QualificationsExperience with SAP Solution Manager and Cloud ALM.SAP GRC Certification.AmbitionBox +1Regards,Malini
