With a workforce exceeding 8,000 employees (both direct and indirect), LMPL is committed to delivering excellence in its services.Job DescriptionSummary of the role:This is a full-time on-site role for a Central Coordinator-HEMM and Fuel Management, based in Rajokri, Delhi. The role will act as a pivot between maintenance teams, operations team, and procurement. This role focuses on maximizing equipment availability, minimizing downtime, optimizing fuel consumption, and ensuring strict adherence to maintenance schedules. Roles & responsibilities:The critical responsibilities include-1.Develop, manage, and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance schedules for the entire HEMM fleet in co-ordination with the team at different working sites.2.Analyze breakdown data to identify root causes, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and prepare performance reports.3.Co-ordinate with the sites in managing the inventory of critical spares, consumables, and tools, ensuring availability for scheduled maintenance and coordinating with procurement.4.Coordinate with site team to schedule equipment for maintenance with minimum impact on site activities.5.Monitor daily diesel receipts, storage, and consumption across all equipment and prepare fuel consumption reports, analyze variances, and control misuse or pilferage.Key Skills required:Strong technical knowledge of HEMM maintenance.Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and make strategic decisions.Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and stakeholder engagement.Problem Solving AbilityQualifications & Experience:BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with experience between 6 to 10 years in the relevant field.Salary : Gross salary up-to 50-60k per month based on the experience.Joining Date: Immediate
