The consultant will be tasked with configuring and customizing SAP FICO systems, supporting financial processes, analyzing requirements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows, designing solutions for CO-PA and Lockbox, and performing testing and issue resolution. The role demands expertise in finance processes and SAP module integration.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure SAP FICO modules including GL/New GL, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Tax, and Intercompany accountingIntegrate R2R processes with Controlling, Bank Management, and related SAP modulesWork with finance and R2R teams to prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and workflowsIdentify automation opportunities and recommend process improvementsSupport integrations with satellite systems such as POS, OMS, and PSP platformsPrepare and execute SIT and UAT test scenarios and scriptsCoordinate defect tracking, resolution, and validation during testing cyclesSupport financial consolidation and reporting requirementsEnsure accurate data migration, reconciliation, and cutover activitiesDevelop end-user training materials and job aidsConduct workshops for finance users on new processesSupport organizational change management initiativesRequired SkillsStrong SAP FICO configuration experienceExpertise in R2R processesExperience with US Tax regulations and 1099 reportingHands-on experience with Lockbox processingStrong knowledge of GL, AR, AP, Intercompany accountingExperience supporting finance system integrationsExperience in SIT, UAT, and cutover activitiesStrong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills
