Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Lawyer specializing in Real Estate and Research. The successful candidate will manage legal aspects of real estate transactions, contract review, drafting, and negotiation. Key responsibilities include conducting legal research, analyzing property-related documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, preparing reports, and assisting clients with property-related legal matters. Collaborating with clients and internal teams, the lawyer will deliver tailored and effective legal solutions. Qualifications Expertise in contract drafting, vetting, redlining, and negotiation.Strong skills in legal research, property title search, and preparing legal reports.In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, land acquisition processes, and property documentation.Experience in due diligence, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution related to real estate matters.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and team members.Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required; additional certifications or postgraduate degrees in Real Estate or Contract Law are a plus.Proficiency in legal software and tools along with strong analytical capabilities.Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in real estate law, will be advantageous.
