Job Description

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in driving organic traffic and improving the online visibility of our clients' websites across various industries. This role requires experience working with both custom-coded platforms and popular content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, and others.Key Responsibilities:SEO Strategy Development:Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies tailored to client needs.Conduct detailed SEO audits of websites, identifying issues and areas for improvement in performance and ranking.Implement best practices for keyword targeting, content optimization, and technical SEO.Website Optimization:Optimize websites for SEO performance, including mobile responsiveness, site speed, meta tags, headings, and content structure.Manage optimization on custom-coded platforms (e.g., Laravel, Django) and CMS (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).Ensure websites follow search engine guidelines and algorithms (Google, Bing, etc.).Technical SEO:Perform comprehensive technical audits to identify issues related to site architecture, indexing, and crawlability.Implement fixes and recommendations for technical SEO elements like XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, canonical tags, schema markup, and hreflang tags.Analytics and Reporting:Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz to track performance.Prepare regular performance reports for clients, detailing keyword rankings, traffic, conversion rates, and recommendations for future optimization.Link Building and Outreach:Execute white-hat link-building strategies to improve website authority.Develop outreach campaigns to secure guest posts, backlinks, and partnerships.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with content creators and developers to ensure content is optimized for SEO.Communicate with clients regularly to update them on SEO progress and performance.Qualifications:6 months to 3 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success.Experience working with both custom-coded websites (e.g., Laravel, React, Django) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript as they relate to SEO.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical SEO issues.Familiarity with website analytics, keyword research, and performance optimization.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to clients and team members.Bonus Skills:Experience with local SEO, especially for businesses in specific regions.Familiarity with CRO (conversion rate optimization) to enhance user experience.Knowledge of international SEO, including hreflang and multi-language site structures.
