We have worked on projects such as Embassy Lake Terraces, Embassy Boulevard, Maia 27 Summit, Embassy Grove and Maia Pelican Grove Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Structural Engineer - Facade. The responsibilities include designing and analyzing facade systems and building envelopes to ensure structural integrity and performance. The role involves collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and clients to develop sustainable and aesthetically pleasing facade solutions. Additional tasks include conducting material assessments, complying with building codes, and evaluating building physics to optimize thermal and acoustic performance. QualificationsProven expertise in Building Envelope and Facade DesignStrong knowledge and practical experience in Facade and Structural EngineeringUnderstanding of Building Physics, including thermal and acoustic performanceProficiency in relevant software used for facade and structural designExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with project teamsBachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related disciplineExperience in complex facade projects and a commitment to sustainability will be advantageousWorking knowledge of Staad/Staad pro
