We’re Hiring: Creative Lead – Graphic & Video(Gaming | Paid + Organic Creative Engine)Location: Remote / HybridReports to: Head of Growth & EcosystemType: Full-timeWe are building a retention-led gaming ecosystem and are looking for a Creative Lead (Graphic + Video) to own all visual output across paid and organic channels.Creative velocity = growth velocity.This role is not just about aesthetics. It’s about designing creatives that convert, engage, and scale.What You’ll OwnVisual identity and creative directionGameplay video edits (short-form + performance ads)Paid ad creatives (static + motion)UGC-style formats for creator alignmentRapid creative testing cyclesCreative support for both performance & organic teamsYou will work closely with performance and organic leads to continuously iterate on creatives based on data.What You’ll Be Measured OnCreative output volumePerformance of creatives in paid campaignsOrganic engagement performanceTurnaround timeVisual consistency across channelsIf creatives look good but don’t convert — that’s not success.Ideal Profile4–8+ years in performance-focused creative rolesStrong video editing experience (short-form mandatory)Experience working on gaming, fintech, or app-based productsComfortable producing high-volume creative variationsData-aware and performance-mindedStrong understanding of hooks (first 3 seconds matter)You understand that:A great hook is worth more than a beautiful design.How to ApplyApply with your resume and portfolio.
