The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing GRC solutions within the ServiceNow platform while ensuring compliance, risk management, and governance automation.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow GRC moduleConfigure and customize ServiceNow applications as per business requirementsWork on Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk componentsDevelop workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations within ServiceNowCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsPerform system enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimizationEnsure best practices in ServiceNow development and platform governanceSupport testing, deployment, and documentation activitiesRequired Skills & Expertise6+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on ServiceNow DevelopmentProven expertise in ServiceNow GRC moduleExperience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrationsExperience with risk, compliance, and audit frameworksStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience working in Agile environmentsPreferred SkillsServiceNow certifications (CSA / CIS-GRC preferred)Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systemsExposure to ITSM or SecOps modules is an added advantageEngagement DetailsWork Mode: RemoteContract: 3–6 MonthsShift: 11 AM – 8 PM ISTImmediate joiners preferred
