Remote | Full-time | Team: 1 Senior + 1 Junior Designer About The Role This role needs you to lead creative design direction across paid channels, and serve as the design authority across the business including website, branding, and any other design projects. What you'll do Own design direction and quality bar for paid ads and marketing assets Set priorities and direction for the design team based on testing needs and performance feedback Design key performance creatives hands-on when needed Review, guide, and level up work from senior and junior designers through clear, actionable feedback Turn inputs from copy and paid media into clear creative directions, briefs, and test ideas Curate creative angles and learnings from past ads and decide what gets iterated, scaled, or dropped Collaborate closely with copy and paid media teams on testing, iteration, and performance reviews
