Our goal is to deliver exceptional services and contribute to the infrastructure industry's advancement.Role DescriptionThe Senior Technical Manager (Mechanical/Electrical) is a full-time, role based in our Kolkata office & Howrah factories. Responsibilities include overseeing technical aspects of projects, managing project lifecycles, providing technical support, and leading cross-functional teams. The role also involves supervising of project sites at various locations in India, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and contributing to the successful execution of hydro-mechanical and electrical projects. QualificationsStrong leadership and Team Management skills to effectively lead and guide teams toward achieving project objectives.Expertise in Project Management and Technical Support to oversee project execution, ensure timelines are met, and address technical challenges successfully.In-depth understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, preferably with experience in the hydro-mechanical industry.Minimum 20 years of job experience mainly in project and factories with fabrication and erection activities with at least Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or a relevant field. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
