Job Description: AccountantCompany: IllusTech Infoway Pvt LtdJob Title: AccountantJob Type: Full-timeRole OverviewIllusTech Infoway Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience with tax filings and financial reporting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our company's financial health and statutory compliance.Key Responsibilities * Day-to-Day Bookkeeping: Manage and record all daily financial transactions, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). * Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. * Tax & Statutory Compliance: Calculate, prepare, and file monthly/quarterly statutory returns, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax, in accordance with current Indian tax laws. * Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). * Invoice Management: Generate and issue invoices to clients and follow up on pending payments. * Payroll Processing: Assist in the preparation and processing of employee payroll, ensuring accurate deductions and compliance. * Audit Assistance: Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation during annual audits. * Record Keeping: Maintain highly organized physical and digital financial records and ensure data security.Requirements & Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce ( / ), Finance, or a related field (CA Inter or CMA candidates are also welcome). * Proven experience working as an Accountant or Finance Executive. * Hands-on proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks). * Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). * In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations (GST, TDS, PF, PT). * Excellent attention to detail, time-management skills, and high integrity regarding confidential financial data.How to ApplyIf you are a numbers-driven professional looking to grow with IllusTech Infoway Pvt Ltd, we would love to hear from you!Please send your updated resume and a brief cover letter to: * Email:  * Phone/WhatsApp: +91 7218 188 199
