Ltd. is a specialized environmental graphic design consultancy working at the intersection of architecture, brand, and user psychology.Since 2012, we have been designing system-driven wayfinding strategies for corporate campuses, commercial developments, retail environments, and mixed-use projects.We do not design “signboards.”We design navigation ecosystems.We are looking for a Mid/ Senior-level Wayfinding & Signage Designer who can think in systems, understand architecture, and translate brand into spatial communication.This is not a pure graphic design role.Role OverviewYou will work on projects from concept to detailed design under strategic direction. The role requires spatial thinking, coordination with architects and consultants, and the ability to produce build-ready design packages.Key ResponsibilitiesWayfinding Strategy & ConceptParticipate in user journey mapping and circulation analysisDevelop sign families and hierarchy systemsTranslate brand guidelines into spatial communication systemsContribute to concept narratives and client presentationsDesign DevelopmentDesign directional, identification, regulatory and experiential sign systemsDevelop message schedules and sign location plansCreate spatial mockups and visualizationsPrepare structured, client-ready presentationsTechnical CoordinationCoordinate with architects, MEP consultants and project teamsEnsure signage integrates seamlessly with the built environmentWork closely with internal technical drawing teamReview fabrication inputs and shop drawingsDocumentation & DeliveryPrepare detailed design packagesMaintain organized file structures and revision logsDeliver work within defined timelinesSupport site visits and design clarificationsRequired Skills3–5 years of experience in signage / environmental graphics / spatial brandingStrong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and PhotoshopWorking knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory)Understanding of materials, finishes and fabrication processesStrong typographic and systems-thinking abilityHigh attention to detailBehavioural ExpectationsStructured thinkerTakes ownershipComfortable receiving critiqueCalm under deadlinesHigh execution standardsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, Architecture or related field.Strong portfolio demonstrating built projects (not only conceptual work).What Success Looks Like in 6 MonthsIndependently handles at least one mid-scale projectProduces technically sound and brand-aligned design packagesThinks in scalable systems, not isolated signboardsIf you are serious about building expertise in wayfinding and spatial communication — and not just making graphics — we would like to speak with you.Send your portfolio and CV to: [Insert Email]Subject line: Mid-Level Wayfinding Designer Application
