Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Ads Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for digital advertising, and a proven track record in outbound sales. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, growing existing accounts, and helping businesses achieve their goals through effective Ads solutions.Key Responsibilities:Outbound Sales: Prospect and engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and other channels to promote Ads services.Sales Strategy: Understand client objectives and recommend Ads solutions that align with their business goals.Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas while ensuring customer satisfaction.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.Ads Expertise: Provide insights and guidance to clients on optimising Ads performance and maximising ROI.Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, report performance metrics, and track progress against goals.AI Utilization: Leverage AI tools to enhance sales efficiency and performance.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in digital advertising, Ads, or digital platform services.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.Strong background in outbound sales and client acquisition.Must hold a valid Ads certification (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).Desired Skills:Understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies.Strong negotiation and closing abilities.Ability to quickly build rapport with decision-makers at all levels.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Flexibility to work night shifts to support international clients.
