The role ensures quality patient care, adherence to clinical protocols, optimal staffing, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing day-to-day nursing operations across all unitsSupervise Ward In-charges and Nursing SupervisorsEnsure implementation of hospital policies, NABH/NABL standards (if applicable)Monitor patient care quality and nursing practicesCoordinate staff duty rosters and manpower planningHandle patient grievances related to nursing servicesConduct nursing audits and quality checksParticipate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of nursing staffEnsure proper documentation and medical record maintenanceMaintain discipline and professional standards among nursing staffAssist in infection control practices and patient safety initiativesPrepare reports and submit updates to managementQualifications:B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)M.Sc.
