We are now looking to build a marketplace platform, enabling users and vendors to connect, transact, and manage services seamlessly.Role DescriptionWe are hiring a Flutter Developer to lead frontend development for our new platform. This platform will support listings, vendors, discovery, bookings, payments, and user management across a wide range of categories.You will be responsible for:Developing cross-platform (mobile & web) applications using FlutterBuilding marketplace modules: leads, vendor profiles, search, filters, carts, and payment flowsImplementing clean, responsive UI/UX across devicesIntegrating REST APIs, authentication workflows, and backend servicesEnsuring high performance, smooth animations, and robust state managementDiagnosing issues, improving architecture, and maintaining code qualityCollaborating closely with backend, design, and product teamsThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, architectural thinking, and building consumer-facing platforms at scale.Qualifications2–3+ years experience with Flutter (mobile + web)Strong proficiency in Dart and state management tools (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.)Experience building features for marketplaces or transactional appsSolid understanding of responsive UI, component architecture, and performance optimizationHands-on experience with REST APIs, authentication, and payment integrationsAbility to deliver scalable, maintainable, well-documented codeBonusFamiliarity with Node.js, AWS EC2, S3, Firebase, and MongoDBExperience with multi-vendor platforms, wallets, or subscription systemsExposure to CI/CD, deployment pipelines, or cloud-hosted environmentsExpectations (High Standards)We look for someone who:Owns features end to end, from design to deploymentWrites clean, modular, production-grade codeThinks in terms of long-term architecture, not quick patchesStrives for UI polish, stability, and optimal performanceCommunicates proactively and works well in a fast-moving teamContinuously improves and raises engineering standardsCompetitive salaries above industry standards based on experience and skills.Note: You will have a probation period of 60 days, during which you will be employed as an independent contractor, post which we will confirm employment subject to attainment of KPIsIndustrySoftware DevelopmentEmployment TypeFull Time
