This role will be responsible for defining and driving CloudLabs global people strategy while leading and scaling the HR function across geographies. The incumbent will oversee end-to-end HR operations, Talent Acquisition, compliance, leadership development, and culture building to support a fast-growing global IT organization.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrategic HR leadership and global people managementDeep expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, and global HR practicesStrong experience with HRMS platforms and data-driven decision-makingExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skillsProven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing HR teamsExperience working with US-based organizations and global stakeholdersChange management and organizational transformation expertiseKey Responsibilities Global HR Strategy & LeadershipDefine and execute the global HR strategy aligned with CloudLabs business objectives and growth plansAct as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on talent, culture, organization design, and workforce planningBuild scalable HR frameworks to support rapid growth and global expansionHR Operations & GovernanceOversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management across geographies—from hiring to exitOwn and oversee the Talent Acquisition (TA) function, ensuring hiring strategies align with business growth plansEnsure accuracy, integrity, and governance of employee data across HR systemsDrive standardization and optimization of HR processes globallyOversee payroll, audits, and HR compliance in partnership with Finance and Legal teamsStatutory & Global ComplianceEnsure full compliance with Indian labor laws (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, LWF, POSH, labor acts)Oversee global compliance requirements in coordination with regional partnersEnsure audit readiness and timely statutory filingsTalent, Performance & CultureLead performance management frameworks, goal setting, annual appraisals, and career development programsDrive leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential talent programsFoster a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture across regionsOversee employee engagement, recognition, and grievance redressal mechanismsEmployee Experience & EngagementChampion employee experience initiatives across onboarding, engagement, retention, and offboardingDrive internal communication strategies, including quarterly townhalls and leadership forumsServe as the HR SPOC for leadership-led initiatives and organization-wide communicationReporting, Analytics & Digital HRProvide strategic HR dashboards and insights on headcount, attrition, productivity, and workforce trendsLeverage HR analytics to support data-driven decision-makingLead HR digital transformation, automation, and effective use of HR tools (e.g., GreytHR, Smartsheet)Stakeholder & Business PartnershipPartner with Business, IT, Finance, and Legal leaders to enable operational excellenceProactively manage stakeholder expectations and resolve complex HR mattersSupport M&A integrations, organizational restructuring, and change initiativesAdditional ResponsibilitiesOversee travel coordination policies and governance where applicableTravel to the Gujarat office on a quarterly basis or as business demandsRepresent HR in executive and board-level discussions as requiredQualifications & ExperienceMaster’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field15+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership or global HR head roleStrong knowledge of Indian labor laws with exposure to global HR practicesProven experience in HR transformation, scaling organizations, and process automationPrior experience in IT / Consulting organizations is highly preferred
