What You’ll Do Own the end-to-end onboarding process for US-based hires Coordinate offer letters, background checks, I-9/E-Verify, and new hire paperwork Partner closely with Recruiting, HR, Payroll, IT, and Hiring Managers Ensure onboarding processes are US labor-law compliant Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems Continuously improve onboarding workflows and documentation What We’re Looking For Experience of 1+ year in HR, People Ops, or Onboarding (US-focused) Strong knowledge of US employment compliance (I-9, E-Verify, W-4, etc.) Clear, friendly communicator who enjoys working with people Comfortable working with HRIS and ATS tools Interested?
