Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)For the Cybersecurity Services Vertical, you will source and hire:• Penetration Testers, Ethical Hackers, SOC Analysts• Vulnerability Assessment Engineers• Compliance Auditors (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, etc.)• IT Security Consultants and related technical profiles• Graphics Designers• Video EditorsFor the Securium Academy Vertical, you will source and hire:• Education Counsellors – to counsel students and professionals on EC-Council, OffSec, CompTIA, and ISACA certifications• Business Development Executives (BDE) and Business Development Managers (BDM) – to drive course sales and institutional tie-upsYour sourcing approach will include:• Active cold calling and headhunting — this is non-negotiable and a primary sourcing method• Naukri (mandatory platform) — job posting, database search, and candidate management• LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant portals• Employee referrals and talent pipeline building• Coordinating with department heads to define requirements and close positions within agreed TATB. HR Operations• Manage complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, induction, and documentation• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and related data on greytHR• Prepare monthly payroll and generate accurate salary slips for all employees• Process full & final settlements with proper documentation• Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and HR policy communications• Handle employee queries and support engagement activitiesC.
