This role focuses on driving AI‑powered capabilities that enhance agent productivity and customer service efficiency. Required Skills 10+ years of project/program management experience. 4+ years in CX, contact center, Agent Assist, or digital transformation programs. Agile-certified (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP). Strong knowledge of IVR, ACD, CRM, WFM, agent desktop, speech analytics. Experience with AI/ML-enabled tools (Agent Assist, Conversational AI, automation). Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Azure DevOps. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and vendor management.
