HR Manager – People & OperationsHR 6-10 Years Full Time Gurgaon Role OverviewAs the HR Manager – People & Operations, you’ll be the primary HR and administrative leader for our Gurugram office, reporting directly to the leadership team. You will own all people-related processes — hiring, onboarding, compliance, performance management, engagement, and exits — while also managing a HR executive and ensuring day-to-day discipline, punctuality, and office upkeep. You must be assertive, structured, and hands-on.Key Responsibilities People Operations •   Enforce attendance, punctuality, and code of conduct policies across the team•   Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, confirmations, appraisals, exits•   Own and refine HR policies, grievance redressal, and compliance tracking (e.g., PF, ESI, leaves)•   Run monthly payroll inputs, performance records, and HR MIS reporting•   Conduct 1:1s, issue warnings, or initiate disciplinary actions where necessary•   Coach the HR executive and delegate operational tasks appropriatelyOffice & Admin Oversight •   Act as the on-ground leader at the Gurugram office — handle space, attendance, vendor coordination, and visitor management•   Coordinate with the central admin/finance teams for procurement, utilities, and events•   Ensure office upkeep, security, and logistics for daily operationsCulture & Engagement •   Organize team events, birthday/occasion celebrations, and internal communication drives•   Build positive energy and structure across the team, balancing empathy and discipline•   Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and alignment with company valuesRequirements Must-Have: •   6–10 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 2 years managing people or office ops•   Proven ability to enforce discipline and resolve conflicts constructively•   Experience with HR software (Keka), payroll coordination, and compliance•   Strong communication (English + Hindi), documentation, and interpersonal skills•   Ability to work independently without daily supervision or leadership presence on-siteGood to Have: •   Prior experience in a SaaS, tech startup, or high-growth company•   Familiarity with Gurugram-based vendors, labor regulations, or co-working operations•   Comfort with multi-location coordination and cross-functional communicationWhat We Offer•   High autonomy and visibility in a leadership-aligned role•   Opportunity to shape the company’s people culture as we scale•   Exposure to both strategic HR and daily operations•   Competitive compensation, team bonus eligibility, and long-term role growth•   Dynamic team with a focus on ownership, performance, and respect
