Customer Experience (Online & Offline)Provide high-touch customer service in-store and via digital platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, email, website).Assist clients with product selection, styling guidance, sizing, and order queries.Manage customer follow-ups, exchanges, and after-sales service.Maintain strong product knowledge across collections.2. Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock audits.Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for inward and outward stock movement.Monitor sell-through and replenishment cycles.Ensure proper tagging, storage, and stock organization.3. CRM ManagementMaintain and update customer database.Track purchase history and client preferences.Support client retention initiatives and follow-up communication.Assist in driving repeat sales through relationship-building.4.
