About the Role Overall responsibilities of the warehouse activities. Responsibilities To follow the CGMP and safety norms and adhere with company Policy. Co-ordinate with QC Dept. for necessary sampling and approvals of Materials. Maintaining the inventory levels as per planning. Establish training need of warehouse personnel and ensuring closure within timelines. Responsibilities of Engineering warehouse with good housekeeping and safe manner. To instruct reporting persons to get the output within timelines. Monitoring the activity in all houses for safety precautions as per SDS. Review the change controls and deviations and ensure the CAPA within time lines. Participate in investigations and coordinate with investigation teams for necessary closure of investigation. Responsibility to implementation of procedures as per current CGMP guidelines. Ensuring FIFO and FEFO system during dispensing of materials. Participation and lead role in regulator and customer audits. Developing second line who will take care activity in the absence. Playing lead role to closure of audit observations. Reporting to head of the department of Warehouse. Handing of QAMS spectrum modules through eQAMS. Handling LMS and DMS through LMS & DMS.
