The Bench Sales Recruiter will manage the recruitment lifecycle, source candidates for various IT roles, and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants. Responsibilities include sales recruitment, account management, communication with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful placements. The role demands a proactive approach to identify opportunities for new client acquisition and consultant deployment. Qualifications Expertise in Sales Recruitment and ability to effectively manage the bench sales processProficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processesStrong Account Management skills to build and maintain client and consultant relationshipsExceptional Communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate effectivelyAbility to work in a dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities efficientlyExperience in the IT services or consulting industry is preferredKnowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms is beneficial
