Job DescriptionJunior Strategist – Brand & Influencer StrategyBudget - 6 LPALocation - DLF City 2, GurgaonRole OverviewWe’re looking for a Junior Strategist who lives on the internet and understands why some brand campaigns feel exciting while others feel forced or cringe.In this role, you’ll work closely with a senior strategy lead to help shape high-impact ideas and pitches for brands across categories — especially new-age, creator-first, and tech-driven brands. You’ll be involved in understanding trends, platforms, creators, and pop culture, and translating all of that into strong brand and influencer ideas.This is a thinking-heavy role where curiosity, cultural awareness, and point-of-view matter more than years of experience.What You’ll DoPrimary ResponsibilitiesTrack and interpret trends across Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat.Help build pitch ideas and strategy decks for brands and prospects.Develop platform-specific and creator-led ideas that brands can realistically adopt.Present your ideas and thinking during internal discussions and select pitch meetings.Secondary ResponsibilitiesAnalyse brand campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t, and what felt inauthentic.Bring fresh cultural references from creators, cinema, pop culture, and the internet.Suggest new ideas and angles for brands we want to work with.Learn from pitch outcomes and feedback to sharpen your thinking.What We’re Looking For1–4 years of experience in social media, content, influencer marketing, or digital-first agencies.Strong familiarity with internet culture and social platforms.Ability to spot trends early and understand why they work.Comfort sharing ideas and opinions in group discussions.Curiosity about creators, storytelling, and new-age cinema.Why This Role Is InterestingYou’ll work on ideas before they become campaigns.You’ll learn how big brand and influencer decisions are made.You’ll be mentored by senior strategists and exposed to client thinking.You’ll build a strong foundation in brand and influencer strategy.
