Job Description

Identify, source, and acquire new SME, mid-corporate, or corporate clients for working capital facilities.Build and maintain long-term relationships with promoters, CFOs, and key decision-makers.Understand client business models, cash flows, and funding requirements.Sell working capital products including CC/OD, LC, BG, bill discounting, trade finance, and cash management services.Cross-sell liability products, forex, and transaction banking solutions where applicable.Achieve assigned business, revenue, and portfolio growth targets.Conduct financial analysis, balance sheet assessment, and credit appraisal of borrowers.Prepare credit proposals, CMA data, and term sheets in coordination with credit teams.Ensure adherence to internal credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk frameworks.Monitor utilization, account conduct, and early warning signals.Ensure timely renewal, enhancement, and review of working capital limits.Manage documentation, covenants, and post-disbursement compliance.Liaise with internal teams including Credit, Operations, Legal, and Trade Finance.Coordinate smooth onboarding, disbursement, and servicing of accounts.
