Human Resources Intern - Talent Acquisition:This internship supports the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various hiring channels. The role provides hands-on experience in recruitment operations, employer branding, and candidate management. It is ideal for someone looking to build foundational HR skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Your job: Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channelsScreen resumes and conduct initial assessments based on job requirementsCoordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managersDraft and post job descriptions across multiple recruitment platformsMaintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackersSupport in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activitiesCollaborate with HR team members on continuous improvement projects within TAOur Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fieldStrong interest in Talent Acquisition and RecruitmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or job portals is an advantageSelf-motivated, organized, and eager to learnLocation: Bommasandra, Bangalore (Onsite)Internship Period: 6 Months
