Electrical System Design and Development:Lead the overall architecture, technical solution design, and detailed design ofhigh-voltage electrical systems (e.g., BDU, MSD, high-voltage wiring harness,pre-charge/main circuit) and low-voltage control systems for lithium-ionpower battery packs (PACK).Responsible for designing electrical schematics, wiring harness diagrams(2D/3D),and electrical component layout drawings, as well as completingcomponent selection, calculations, and design specification development.Lead or participate in DFMEA analysis for PACK electrical systems and drivedesign optimization and iteration.Customer Engagement and solution support:Serve as the technical interface to directly engage with customers, deeplyunderstand and translate customer electrical requirements and technicalspecifications (e.g., vehicle electrical interfaces, communication protocolsfunctional safety requirements).Present technical solutions, project progress, and provide professionalsolutions and recommendations to customers, maintaining strong technicalrelationships.Cross-Department Collaboration and Validation:Work closely with BMS, structural, thermal management, and process teamsto ensure seamless integration of electrical design with other subsystems.Lead or support testing and validation of PACK electrical systems (e.g.electrical performance, insulation, EMC, functional safety) and rapidlytroubleshoot, analyze, and resolve major electrical system-level issues duringtrial production and mass production.Supply Chain and Quality Control:Responsible for developing technical specifications for electronic andelectrical components (e.g., BMS, contactors, fuses, wiring harnessconnectors),conducting technical evaluations of suppliers, approvingsamples,and analyzing and resolving incoming quality issues.Process and Documentation:Follow product development processes to complete and archive designdocuments,BOMs, technical reports, and other deliverables.
