Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bioprocess Engineer located in Gaya, Bihar. The Bioprocess Engineer will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and scaling up bioprocess systems, with a focus on ribozyme-linked drug production. Day-to-day tasks include designing and monitoring bioreactor operations, troubleshooting manufacturing processes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance in production. The candidate will also be required to maintain documentation, perform quality control checks, and stay updated on the latest advancements in bioprocessing and bioengineering. Qualifications Proficiency in bioprocess design, optimization, and large-scale productionStrong knowledge of molecular biology, microbiology, and biochemical processesExpertise in operating bioreactors, process monitoring, and troubleshooting technical issuesExperience in quality control procedures, compliance standards, and regulatory practicesExcellent analytical, research, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsMaster's or Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field preferredExperience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment is a plus
