With a workforce of 35,000+, including 5,000+ clinicians and 12,000 nurses/paramedics, we deliver advanced care across key locations including Delhi NCR (Saket, Patparganj, Vaishali, Rajendra Place, Shalimar Bagh, Dwarka, Gurugram, Panchsheel Park, Noida, Lajpat Nagar, Bulandshahr), Mumbai, Mohali, Bathinda, Dehradun, Lucknow, and Nagpur.We also operate Max@Home–among India’s largest healthcare-at-home services in 12 cities–and Max Lab, off­ering 2,700+ tests in 50+ cities across North India.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Patient/Customer Care To Comply with the quality Process & policies of the respective areaTo demonstrate effective application of technical & professional knowledge.Process Orientation/Documentation Coordination of Medical Councils: Infection Control, Medical Audit, EmergencyPreparedness, and Operation Room Users etcEnsure meeting calendars are madeReview Minutes of Councils meetingsIdentify gaps/help itemsProvide feedback to operations/clinical departmentsAccreditations: NABH & JCI / any other internal external auditsSupport the planning and implementation of all requirements of accreditationAudits & QI projects Carry out routine audits of clinical areas/departmentsProvide feedback to departmentsSupport and implement QI projectsClosure of Non conformitiesSupport Legal Department in the management of serious untoward incidents, complaints, issues of poor clinical performance and to promote patient safety.Medical Policies and Standards Dissemination, ImplementationTrain, Audits Clinical IndicatorsTo support the development, periodic review and improvement of clinical indicatorsPeople OrientationTo demonstrate professional & courteous behavior to patients & co-workersCost & Revenue To operate within budget cost. Years of Experience: 8 to 10 years in a well-established super specialty hospital. Qualifications: MBPT/ BAMS/BDS/MBBS/ BUMS with minimum Post Graduate Qualifications in HospitalManagement or equivalent experience in Quality & Audit Role BBS/BDS. Preferably with PG Diploma in Hospital Management.Any Other Specification:
