Workforce Engagement (Primary Responsibility)Conduct daily structured floor rounds across clinical and non-clinical departmentsEngage doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, and support teams in trust-based conversationsIdentify morale concerns, burnout indicators, and disengagement risksAct as a safe and confidential point of contact2. Concern Management & ResolutionDocument employee concerns in a structured case tracking systemCategorize issues by severity and risk levelIndependently resolve minor issues such as:Policy clarificationsInterpersonal misunderstandingsWork environment concernsEscalate serious matters (misconduct, harassment, ethical concerns, safety risks) directly to Corporate Governance3. Governance & Compliance EscalationEnsure timely escalation of compliance-sensitive issuesMaintain strict confidentiality and whistleblower protectionPreserve documented audit trails for governance review4.
