The team validates our end-to-end flows with new Marriott partners or acquisitions to ensure all technology works seamlessly across the travel journey.Candidate will work across multiple products & engineering teams to manage a squad within the Growth Quality Engineering Test Execution team, ensuring effective execution of end-to-end testing activities for each new Growth release. Act as a technical and operational lead for testers and automation engineers, driving quality and consistency in testing activities.Job Responsibilities:Coordinate and oversee squad-level end-to-end test executionReview and modify test scripts and flows to support release testingMentor and support testers and automation engineersEnsure accurate documentation and reporting of test activitiesCollaborate with other squad leaders and the Senior Team Leader to align on priorities and best practicesParticipate in training and process improvement initiativeDemonstrates continuous improvement through metrics of quality consistency and client satisfactionResponds to issues identified in project surveys or other feedback processes, to continually improve client satisfaction6+ years of technical experience within architecture development, integration of backend systems, and developmentAbility to bridge the gap between technology and businessSelf-driven, curious and a fast learner, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasksStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate between technical and business teamsRelevant experience in systems integration and development, package analysis, and implementationExcellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skillsInfluencing technology strategy by providing strategic advice, being a trusted advisor to discipline partners for leveraging/customizing software to meet their digital marketing requirementsExperience with Automation, CI/CD, Release Management processes and Application Deployments to Adobe Cloud.Experience with multiple public cloud platforms like AWS and AzureAbility to communicate complex technology solutions to both Product owners in a business-friendly manner and to Enterprise Architects in most technical detailExperienced in maintaining reusable test assets and integrating Tosca with CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality validation.Experience with Ready Api, Selenium or Playwright preferred.Familiarity with hospitality industry systems preferred.Skill and Experience:10+ years of experience in software engineering (software development & building products), with at least 5+ years in leadership role (people management).Education and Certifications:Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certificationWork location: Hyderabad, India.Work mode: HybridMarriott’s core values:At Marriott, our core value makes us who we are.
